I got the original file to create this mustang from Denise from Boca. I want to send out huge thanks for this file it is going to make my step son so happy. Others have asked for the files that I used to make this car. I enlarged the original file then broke it down by the colors. Following you will find the 7 links to down load the files if you would like them.

Copy of complete file
Copy for card (any color but I used black)
Black Parts
Red parts
Silver parts
White parts
Yellow parts

please let me know if you have any problems downloading these files. Also if you know of an easier way for me to share I would love to know about it.

Where has the summer gone

I can't believe that I haven't been on here in ages! I spent most of the summer remodeling my house and going to doctors. Then I went to spend some time with my sister and my ATC group's yearly gathering in Wisconson. The day after the gathering I fell and injured my eye. Not fun being rushed around to 3 different hospitals while on vacation! I have lost the vision in my left eye and the eye lid will no longer open. Once I got out of the hospital I was lucky that I got to go to the doc 3 more times (NOT) while I was staying at my sisters house...GERRRRRRRRRRRR... I had hoped to spend a quiet 6 weeks with my sister. I did get some ATC's made while I stayed with Marge but I really didn't do a lot of art. I'm back home now and trying to do my art in between doc visits. How I would love just one week to stay at home and create art!

Right now I'm working on a calendar page for one of the groups I'm in. I will share it when I get it done. I will soon need to start my Christmas cards. I have a tentative plan for them and the materials are all pulled together and waiting till I have some time to work on them. I'm looking forward to getting the time to work on my paintings again too.

Well off to bed it has been a busy day! I will try to post some art soon.

Marge's MerBaby

I haven't finished this painting yet. I still need to add the bees wax and of course a few little surprises in the wax but I thought I would post it now. I am very happy with how this painting is turning out.

TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR FUTURE

I received this in an email and believe that everyone needs to check out this site. We all need to take responsibility for where this country is headed. We are allowing the government to make decisions that are not what the founding fathers intended! We are allowing this country to become Godless. (I will not get into a debate which God is the only God.) Please check out this site by clicking the title of this blog entry or using the link copied from the email.

Hi Everyone:

I don’t know if you got a chance to watch the Glenn Beck show about Project 912 or not, but I felt it said a lot about what is happening in America right now and what the Founding Fathers said about America in it’s inception. Forget about Political Parties, just remember what it means to be an American. Check out the web site and make a decision: do something or don’t – it’s your choice. We are going to get the books “The 5000 Year Leap” , “The Real George Washington” and “For You They Signed”. If you are a reader and want to know more about the true leaders who started this country and what their vision of this country meant, then try one or more of these books. Again, it’s entirely up to you! Here is the URL – at least go to the site and browse………..

You can find the book "The 5000 Year Leap" for free download here

Doc N Painting

I have completed my Doc N painting. I had a lot of fun with this painting. The background was free painting and reflected my feelings at the time that I painted it. I also made a short video showing different stages of this painting while I was working on it.

New Painting

I went to the doctor yesterday and there were some problems with my insurance. I was very upset as I do have to go to the doctor at least every 3 months because of the medications that I need. Well my doc stepped up and got me in to see him through the urgent care clinic in his office. That wasn't the first time that he has gone out of his way to make sure that I get the quality care that I need. I have decided to do something very special for him. I thought that I would share the drawing of what I am going to paint for him. I hope that I will have the painting done by my next visit to his office.

Fairy Journal

I have joined a group that is making fairy journals. You can find the group here. I have made a paper doll (fairy) to represent my muse. Her name is Starlight. I also created an envelope for her to live in and attached it to the inside of a journal where I will create with drawings and writing to track what I am learning from Starlight. It is a great group and I am having a lot of fun! I haven't quite finished my journal... I'm not sure what I want to finish the front of the journal with yet, but once I finish it I will share pictures of it with you.

Eagle Painting

I've been really busy with my art!

I created a painting of an eagle for my brother in law. I just finished it the other day. It is now hanging in his bedroom and he is a very happy camper...lol.

I'm working on a painting of the Red Wings logo for my father in law. I will post that as soon as I get it done.

I'm also creating a journal for this year and working on several paintings that will be posted as soon as they are done.

Her is a picture of the eagle painting that I just finished.
